Based in Llanelli – just 5 miles from Junction 48 of the M4 and also less than 10 miles from M4 Junction 14 in Wallingford, Reading.

Construction site & event accommodation

Our construction site and event accommodation fleet offer a mix of brand new and well-maintained welfare units, site offices, storage units offices and drying rooms plus hundreds of portable toilets!

We are able to hire site accommodation and welfare facilities for construction sites, concerts, agricultural shows and other major national events. We offer full site set up cabin installation, Hiab cranage, generators, plus all electrics (NICEIC Accredited) and plumbing. We currently provide equipment to all sectors including the construction sector, rail sector and public and private clients.

Our professional, trained staff and operatives are able to provide advice and are both proactive and reactive; with all equipment is serviced and maintained by our dedicated team of trades and delivered by our comprehensive fleet of Hiab vehicles.

Small Plant & Tools

To complement our accommodation hire service we also supply an extensive range of small plant and tools to meet every job. We hire a wide range of equipment, most of which can be found on our website, however if you require something that isn’t listed on-line, please feel free to contact us on 01554 778666 and we can always try and help you out. Our story

PPH Hire & Sales was formed over 45 years ago and prior to March 2023 was known as Parker Plant Hire, a well-established hire company that has built up an enviable reputation over those years. We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide a professional and speedy service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.

The company originally specialised in heavy plant hire, but over the past 20 years has developed the site accommodation side of the business and gained an expansive fleet to meet the growing demands of the construction, domestic and events market, as well as adapting to become increasingly environmentally friendly and sustainable.

In September 2022 the Directors took the difficult decision to dispose of their entire plant fleet and focus its efforts on what the company does best – site accommodation.

Most recently in 2022, having acquired an additional depot in Reading, PPH Hire & Sales are now not only able to service South, Mid and West Wales, but have now expanded the scope of operations to include all along the M4 Corridor and into London, the West Midlands and Somerset providing any accommodation needs including a complete site setup.

The Parker Plant Hire brand name has always been associated with major event hire – clients include several local authorities including Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Cardiff to name just three! With its transition to PPH Hire & Sales we are confident that the brand will continue and expand.
